License Agreement

1. Personal License

Worigami grants an ongoing, non-exclusive license to use the Blocks and Templates to one individual (the Licensee).

Permitted Uses

• Create unlimited End Products for personal or commercial purposes
• Use blocks in commercial projects and client work
• Modify blocks to create derivative works under this license
• Use in open-source projects that are freely accessible

Restricted Uses

• Creating tools that allow users to build their own products using our blocks
• Redistributing blocks separately from an End Product
• Sharing access to Worigami Pro with other individuals

2. Team License

Worigami grants an ongoing, non-exclusive license to use the UI blocks and templates to all Employees and Contractors of the Licensee organization.

Additional Team Benefits

• Access for all team members within your organization
• Use in unlimited commercial projects
• Priority support and updates

3. License Definitions

• Blocks: The Next.js, React, and TypeScript UI blocks provided through Worigami Pro
• End Product: Any website or application that incorporates our blocks
• End User: Users of your End Product
• Client: Recipients of your development services (excluding SaaS customers)

4. Enforcement

Violation of this license may result in immediate termination of your Worigami Pro account. We retain all rights to our blocks except those explicitly granted in this license. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

5. Refund Policy

As stated in our Terms of Service, we do not offer refunds for our digital products once access has been granted. We encourage you to try our free blocks before purchasing Worigami Pro to ensure it meets your needs.
